Charlie Fraser

Charlie Fraser has been living on Hilton Head since 1965, when he  moved to the Island in order for his father, Joe Fraser, to work with his brother, Charles, in developing Sea Pines Plantation.  Charlie began his real estate career in 1981 as an agent for the family business at Sea Pines Real Estate.  He has been extensively involved in all aspects of the real estate business ever since.  Involved in residential development, short term rentals, commercial and residential sales and listings, he has been selling and managing resort properties in the Low Country for over 25 years.  Charlie embodies the “Lowcountry Lifestyle”, enjoying inshore and offshore fishing, hunting, and playing golf.  He is fortunate in that his wife Linda and their two kids all savor the Lowcountry lifestyle. Barry Ginn

Barry Ginn is originally from Varnville, South Carolina and he’s lived and worked on Hilton Head Island for 30 years. Beginning with the Hilton Head Company which later merged with Sea Pines Real Estate, Barry has listed and sold properties from Sun City in Bluffton to Land’s End at South Beach.  Additionally, he’s managed property associations and rental units throughout the Island. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, as well as in South Carolina and Georgia.  He is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors and the National Association of REALTORS®  as well as the Hilton Head Island Board of Realtors.  Barry lives in Hilton Head Plantation with his family, where he enjoys fishing for redfish and kayaking on the marshes around his home. Call me 843-816-4029 cell
